GCG was established in 1999, its founders and partners have collectively over 100 years of experience in working in Palestine and internationally in the NGO, UN, public and private sectors. On top of the extensive pool of knowledge and network the Founders have, GCG is developing a roster of specialists and technical consultants who have worked over the years with the founding partners. In Palestine, GCG team of experts have designed and implemented programs and projects funded by USAID, DFID, and the EU, other bilateral and multi-lateral donors. Areas of experience include governance, education, health, psychosocial, community development, local economic development, capacity building and institutional development, etc. Cross-sector experience also includes gender mainstreaming, youth empowerment, and monitoring and evaluation.

Internationally, the Team also has experience working in the following countries: USA, UK, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
